In my 9 years as a licensed sales agent, I have climbed the ranks of the LA residential sales industry, distinguishing myself both locally and nationally. I have successfully sold complex Estates, land, income property, single family, luxury leases and condos. I am widely recognized by both colleagues and clients as a respected professional whose reliability, dedication, and expertise is second to none.

I began my real estate career in 2003 as an assistant to a real estate team in Dallas, Texas and embarked on my LA real estate journey in 2007 right before the crash of 2008.  Before branching off as an independent team leader, I was the manager of business development for a boutique Beverly Hills brokerage who’s niche was listing and selling short sales.  I assisted in creating a marketing funnel and listing process, which allowed me to directly list over 200 short sales and enabled the company to list and sell thousands. I also trained and managed a team of 6 sales associates.  As the market began to normalize in 2009-2010, I became licensed and began to broker transactions with my team individually.

Currently, we represent buyers and sellers who seek a customized and personalized level of real estate services in Los Angeles and my client base is almost exclusively referral-based. I am the public face. My expertise is the product. My team oversees marketing and communication, ensuring that everything we do is consistent with our standards. Every decision must reinforce who we are and what we believe.  This applies to whom we work with, what we are asked to do, where we market, and the vendors we work/partner with. As entrepreneurs and marketers, we study what we do, we evaluate our successes and failures and continually evolve as a result.

 Empathy is a critical component of our branding which requires us to continually place ourselves in our clients’ shoes and ask ourselves what we would want if we were them. We know people yearn for great service.

By providing that in every way possible, we have created this sense of us and distinguished ourselves from the pack without ever saying it. Lifelong Student

In my personal life, I’m a proud dad and hockey player.  My four year old loves world war two fighter planes, aircraft carriers, and submarines.   Did you know there are 34 aerospace and airplane museums in California? 

  I have an amazing team mate who I’m to proud to say I’ve known since I was in high school .  He manages all of our marketing and oversees some operatioal needs.  The Adobe Creative Suite is his canvas and the brush of choice is a computer mouse.

 I’m also passionate about the newest technology currently in development, specifically nanorobotics, fiber optics, personal computing , 3-D printing and fuel cells. I also enjoy staying up to date on todays economic trends.  Some of my favorite publications include the Economist, Wired, American Scientist, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and T3.
